About Whispers of Earth

I would very much like to thank Richard for his support and his belief in my art. This journey I am on is just amazing. To show my work at Art by the River is an honour. My love of our countryside has been with me all my life. I get particular joy from our local reserves, Bushy Park Tarapuruhi and Gordons Bush especially. I have strong convictions that we should honour and protect this amazing world we live in and portraying my environmental concerns through the medium of paint and pen has been very rewarding.

Please take time to visit, absorb the message and share it with others.

Art by the River: The honour is all mine, Pauline! So proud to exhibit your work at Art by the River. Whispers of Earth is not to be missed! Richard

Note About Micrography: Micrography is a modern art form that uses tiny handwritten text to create intricate images, blending language and visual expression. Artists carefully shape words—often poetry, quotes, or personal reflections—into portraits, patterns, or abstract designs. The result is a layered artwork where the text forms both the visual and conceptual structure. This technique combines elements of drawing, calligraphy, and storytelling, inviting viewers to engage with both the image and the message it holds. In contemporary art, micrography offers a unique way to explore identity, memory, and meaning through the fusion of form and language.
