In 2015, Banksy created Dismaland, a temporary “bemusement park” installed in the abandoned Tropicana lido in Weston-super-Mare, England. Open for just 36 days, the project combined large-scale installations by Banksy with works by over fifty international artists, attracting more than 150,000 visitors.
Alongside the installations, small stencil works such as this cardboard work were distributed during the event. These pieces have become collectible artefacts connected to one of Banksy’s most ambitious projects.
Accompanied by the original Dismaland flyer certificate.
